Founder partners
Ehud (Udi) Ozery: Born in 1966, married and father of Gal and Itai, has a first degree in economics and accounting (B.A. (Econ) from the Tel Aviv University from 1994, has an auditor’s license CPA (Isr) since 1996 and has a second degree in law (M.A.) from the Bar Ilan University. He has special training in the field of municipal, government and public corporations, and in the field of company liquidations, receiverships and assisting in rehabilitating companies in difficulty.
A graduate of the Luboshitz Kasierer firm, and a founding partner of Ozery Wielunski Gafni CPA, Ozery specializes in the fields of industry, contractors, insurance, communications and internet and handling and accompanying nonprofit organizations and societies, government, trade unionsa and political party bodies, including dealing with the Political Parties Financing Law.
Udi Ozery, CPA has acquired considerable experience of about 12 years in accompanying companies in difficulties and handling dozens of liquidation files and hundreds of queries in connection with various liquidation files. In this connection Mr. Ozery serves both as a servant of the court and/or works for banks as a liquidator/receiver/trustee or accompanies them, and as a budget auditor who provides accounting services to lawyers serving in such functions.

Yoav Wielunksi: Born in 1967, father of Dana, has a first degree in economics and accounting (B.A. (Econ.) from the Tel Aviv University in 1994, has an auditors license CPA (Isr.) since 1996. He has special training in the fields of land taxation and in the fields of liquidations, receiverships and rehabilitating companies in difficulties.
He is a graduate of the E & Y firm (formerly Kost Lev Arie and Forer) and a founding partner of OWG.
Mr. Wielunksi specializes in the fields of advertising, media, television, radio and internet, accompanying and consulting projects of real estate and land, holding companies, international taxation and their treatment and accompanying non-profit organizations and societies.
Yoav Wielunski has acquired considerable experience in accompanying transactions, initiating businesses and personal accompaniment of wealthy investors in managing their investments and businesses both in Israel and abroad.
Mr. Wielunski handles the fields of media advertising, productions, music and copyrights in the firm.
He specializes in real estate: Accompanying purchase groups, initiating transactions, taxation of land, managing construction projects, and income generating properties.
